2. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made through our website by consumers ("you") located in the United Kingdom and the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


3. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the final product. In the event of a manifest error or unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund.


4. Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout.


5. Ordering

To place an order, you must:

  • Select your products and add them to your basket
  • Provide your delivery details
  • Select a delivery method
  • Complete payment

An order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment. The contract between us is formed when we send this confirmation email.


6. Payment

Payment is processed securely online via the methods available at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS. We do not store your card details.

In the event of a declined or fraudulent payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


7. Consumer rights and statutory guarantees

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Repair or replacement after 30 days (at our discretion)
  • A partial or full refund if repair/replacement is not possible


8. Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for full details.


9. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. We shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).


10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR (retained under the Data Protection Act 2018).


11. Dispute resolution — Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. We are committed to working with ADR providers to resolve disputes fairly.

12. Governing law
