1. Delivery destinations

We deliver to:

  • United Kingdom (mainland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales)
  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man
  • European Union
  • International destinations (subject to availability at checkout)


2. Order processing times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Estimated delivery times and costs

United Kingdom:

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 working days
  • Express delivery: 2–5 working days (where available)


European Union:

  • Standard delivery: 7–15 working days


International:

  • Standard delivery: 10–25 working days depending on destination


Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.


4. Order tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at storemaster001@outlook.com.


5. Delivery and receipt

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notification card. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel within the timeframe specified.

Upon receipt, please inspect your parcel carefully. If the parcel appears damaged, please note this with the driver and contact us within 48 hours with photographs.


6. Delivery delays

Estimated delivery times are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch (UK) or 60 days (international), please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.


7. Lost or stolen parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at your preference, following the completion of the carrier's investigation.


8. Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
