REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Royal Pop World, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Your statutory right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to storemaster001@outlook.com) before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.


2. Extended returns — 30 days

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact
  • All accessories and documentation are included


3. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned, in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • Personalised or custom-made goods
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that have been damaged due to misuse by the customer


4. How to return an item

  • Step 1: Contact us at storemaster001@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: We will send you return instructions within 48 working hours
  • Step 3: Securely package the item and send it to the address provided
  • Step 4: Retain your proof of postage and tracking number


5. Return postage costs

If you are cancelling within the 14-day statutory period: return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent: we will cover all return postage costs.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

If you cancel before dispatch: we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.


7. Damaged or missing items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please:

  • Note any damage upon delivery if possible
  • Contact us within 48 hours at storemaster001@outlook.com with supporting photographs
